Pricing

Please note that once an order has been processed, we are unable to apply any promo codes or make changes to the order's price. The price at which your order was processed is final, and we cannot retroactively modify it.

It's important to keep in mind that prices are subject to change, and we cannot apply sale prices to past orders or offer price matching for future sales. Our pricing policy ensures fairness and consistency for all customers.

Returns/Exchanges

We apologize if your order arrived damaged. We understand the importance of receiving items in good condition, and we strive to ensure the quality of every item we ship. To address this issue, please follow the steps below:

Tags Must Be Attached: In order to process an exchange, we kindly ask that all tags remain securely attached to the shirt. This requirement ensures that the shirt maintains its original, pristine condition and has not been altered or used in any way.

Shirt Must Be Unwashed and Unworn: Additionally, the shirt should be unwashed and unworn, indicating that it has not been laundered or worn. This further guarantees that the shirt is in a brand-new, sellable condition.

If these conditions are not met, we regret that we can only offer store credit as an alternative solution. This policy is designed to uphold the quality and freshness of our products for all our valued customers.

For your convenience, here are the steps to initiate an exchange:

  1. Include a Note Inside the package, with the following information:

    • Your order number

    • Your return address

    • The desired size & item for the exchange

  2. Once we receive the package, we will process the return and ship out the requested item. We'll notify you as soon as the exchange is completed. Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to ship out the return after we receive it. However, if the item is currently out of stock, it may take up to 30 business days.

  3. To ensure a smooth process, please email us the tracking number for your return shipment as soon as you send it. This will help us keep track of the return and provide you with timely updates.

We understand the importance of finding the right size, and we are committed to making the exchange process as hassle-free as possible for you. Should your requested item be out of stock, we will promptly refund your original order.

Shipping

After placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for processing during the regular season and up to 8 business days during the holiday season or major sale events.

Pre-order items have a longer production time since we do not keep inventory for these specific items. In such cases, the product description will indicate that it is a pre-order item, and it will typically take anywhere from 10-15 business days to ship.

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, we understand your concern. In some cases, packages may still arrive a day or two after being marked as delivered. We recommend waiting two additional days to see if the package arrives.

If the package does not arrive within the additional waiting period, please reach out to our customer support team at support@proclamationcoalition.com. They will be able to assist you further and help resolve the issue. Providing them with your order details and any relevant information will enable them to investigate the situation and provide appropriate guidance.

If you have accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, it is important to notify us as soon as possible. Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Contact us immediately via email at support@proclamationcoalition.com

  2. In your email, provide your order number (consisting of 5 digits to help us locate your order quickly) and your corrected address information in this email so our team can attempt to correct it immediately.

Please note that there is a small window of time for address changes on orders that are still in the processing stage before they have been shipped. Our team will make every effort to catch the order and update the address accordingly. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change the address before it has been shipped.

It is important to understand that any address errors are the customer's responsibility. We will do our best to assist you. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to change the address.

If the tracking information indicates that your item is marked as "Delayed", we recommend allowing several additional business days for the delay to clear. In many cases, packages eventually resume their transit and are delivered successfully.

If you have further concerns or specific questions about your delayed package, we recommend reaching out to the postal service or courier responsible for the delivery. They may be able to provide more information or assistance regarding the status and whereabouts of your package.

Bible Memory Project

Each shipment contains 4 wristbands, one for each week of the month. These wristbands are inscribed with the verse acronym (the first letter of each word from the memory verse). These letters will help by prompting you to complete the whole word in your mind. Soon you’ll be remembering the whole verse!

We believe verse acronym wristbands are the most effective way to memorize and apply them to your life. They combine visual cues and repetitive reinforcement to help you write scripture on your heart.

We hope people may even ask what the letters mean—what a great way to start a conversation and share the Gospel!

Each month we pick a new overarching theme in scripture to focus on (Love, Joy, Salvation, Hope, etc.). These themes will fall under an overarching “series” such as “The Fruit of the Spirit” or “Vices and Virtues”. 

We believe that keeping up to date and knowing these themes is vital to recalling your memory verses and knowing how to faithfully use them in conversation and circumstances. 

- All four verses for that project focus on the chosen theme 

- 2 verses will focus on how the character of God speaks to this theme

- 2 verses will be focused on how this theme is applied to our lives and character

Each month starts with a Psalm to help you keep track. All of these decisions are to help you better recall and commit these verses to memory!

All subscriptions following your initial order will renew automatically (until canceled) on the 15th of every month. Your subscription will then ship between the 15th-25th of the prior month (for example a July shipment will ship out the 15th-25th of June).

When you place an order for a new subscription, you are always signing up for the following month's project. Let’s say you place an order between the 1st and 30th of June, your first project will be for July. It will then be shipped sometime between June 15th and the 30th, ensuring you receive it in advance.

This billing and shipping process will remain consistent for all future charges. When your payment is processed on the 15th of a particular month, you are paying for the project scheduled for the following month. This should arrive to you before the first Monday of that month, which ensures that you have ample time to receive and engage with each project before the start of that project.

We start each project on the first Monday of every month. If you have not received your package by this day, please let us know and we will quickly and happily send you another package!

In order to make this project accessible and cost-effective, we utilize "USPS First Class Mail/Flats" as our shipping method. It is important to note that this shipping option does not provide tracking information, similar to a regular stamped letter. Your package may take anywhere from 2-10 business days to arrive and 5-15 days during the holiday season.

Since there is no tracking available, we are unable to determine if an order has been lost in transit. However, we are committed to ensuring you get your order on time. If you have not received your Project by the first Monday of the month, kindly inform us, and we will promptly and gladly send you another package.

You can easily cancel your subscription by navigating to a recent notification email and following the steps below:

  1. Find and click on MANAGE SUBSCRIPTION

  2. Follow the instructions to log in to your account.

  3. Under “Active Subscriptions” click on the “Manage Subscription” button

  4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click “Cancel Subscription”

If you get a message saying you do not have a subscription, this may mean you did not create an account at the time of checkout. If this is the case, please send us an email at support@proclamationcoalition.com and we can help manage or cancel your subscription for you. Simply state "cancel subscription" or "I need help changing my subscription". We are always happy to help!

To receive the upcoming shipment, you must cancel after the 15th of the month. If you cancel on or after the 15th you will still receive one more project, but will not be charged again after this date.

After your initial purchase, orders will be processed on the 15th of each month. This will apply to all future subscriptions, ensuring a consistent schedule for shipment and billing.

Sizing

To find a sizing chart for our products, please follow these steps:

  1. Look up the specific brand associated with the product. The brand name is stated in the product description of each item. The brands we use include Comfort Colors, Cotton Heritage, Bayside, Lane Seven, Independent Trading Co., and Gildan.

  2. Once you have identified the brand, visit its official website or search for the brand's sizing chart online. Most brands have their sizing charts readily available on their websites or through a simple online search.

Most of our apparel is 100% cotton or a cotton/polyester blend and includes more details in the item description.

The companies we use are Comfort Colors, Cotton Heritage, Bayside, Lane Seven, Independent Trading Co., and Gildan. Each of our products will state the brand used in the description.

Yes, our shirts are unisex in terms of size. However, please note that they are cut more like men's shirts in terms of fit. The sizes we offer are based on standard industry sizing and are determined by our clothing suppliers.

Care & Handling

We recommend washing your shirt on a cold and delicate cycle and drying it on low heat.

Comfort Colors and Lane Seven Vintage Wash are garment dyed and may have loose pigment during the first wash. Please wash your Comfort Color shirt separately before washing it with other items.
